Hang 'em high

Your omniscient author in absentia:
Jury Duty this morning, so my routine is all thrown off.

Now you paid subscribers may be wondering, "Hey, why is reporting for jury duty any different than reporting to work? How does this interrupt a strip?" Good question. And all I can say is it's a different routine.

Meanwhile, I'm sure you creeps will find something fun to yak about. Strength of the remaining schedule, perhaps?

Don't sweat it. Channel your inner Cosmo Kramer and they'll beg you to just ---plain, go...

2 out of 3 from the hottest team in baseball; 3 very well pitched games from the starters; Buckholz throwing again; I'd say that's all fun to yak about.

Just remember that it is jury of their peers. You will be dismissed by 9:30 or so.

I think the real schedule question is "how many lefties will we see against which most of the lineup has 10 or fewer at bats?" That's where this offense seems to really struggle.

I am always dismissed.

But think of the 5 bucks you just earned!

I want my money back. Well that was fast. Thank you.

All about the Powder Blue today.

hb, sounds like you saw as much action as Buchhy saw in Lowell Sunday. The Sox saw what they needed to see, and the court saw all IT needed to see.

Just remember h.b.,if she floats she's a witch ;D

Well there goes Monday. Last six hours, enjoying the endless looped In-A-Gadda-Da-Vida on hb's customer service line.

Oh, won't you come to me and take my hand...
Oh, won't you come to me and take my hand...The drum solo on a loop? Priceless. The urge to get higher than Towlie? Yup.
Best version of it other than the original was the Simpsons in church, being prank'd by Bart. STILL funny after 20+ years, like the MFY's worst year ever, 1966, still stands out in my mind.(47 years later!)
