First half belongs to Beckett
Mike:
Congratulations to Josh Beckett on win numbah 100.
Steve:
And
he pitched one helluva game
to get it too —
3 hits, 7K's, and no walks in the *complete* game gem.
Mike:
Othah than getting roughed-up by the Yankees on consecutive stahts back in April, Beckett has
been on a real streak.
Steve:
Dude's won 9 of his last 10.
Mike:
The thing is, too, he hasn't just won those games, he's pwned the opposition.
Steve:
Are you kidding me? Beckett is so hot that
Hans Blix
called saying he needs to inspect him.
Mike:
Seriously. Dude's fastball is so hot and unhittable that they should staht calling it the Megan Fox.
Nice,h.b.

If David Silver from 90210 can get a handy from her in public, I think it is hittable.
Just not by me.

I know you meant pwned, but I love the idea of Beckett "pawning" the opposition, like they're his grandfather's watch and he just needs a little something for the tables at Casear's. :)

Hmmm...a sleeve job from Megan Fox :)))

Damn, auto-correct.
Almost has bad as typing "that ducking sucks" on the iPhone.
Fixing now...

The iPhone autocorrect is a godsend for my ham hands most of the time, but occasionally supremely irritating. xx is a common sign off here in London and the iPhone ALWAYS changes it to fx, which looks a liiiiiiiiitle weird, if you ask me. :)

Even though Beckett got roughed up by the Yankees, we won both of those games anyways.
Wanna know how I know?

That's funny. Love it.

I'm almost passed the good vibes from yesterday and now on to praying Beckett doesn't pitch tomorrow.
Also mourning the next 4 days of shits-ville.

Cause the MFY fanbase rushed up to tell you?
Posted by: vasoxfan | 2009.07.13 at 12:51 PM
MFY claw back from 4 back to even it up. Then we win 3 straight and they lose 3 straight. Hah!

A decent autocorrect would surely have added a http://images.google.com.au/images?q=megan+fox&sourceid=navclient-ff&rlz=1B2GGGL_enAU207AU207&um=1&ie=UTF-8&ei=wZ1bSr7sEYH4sQPaqdWDCw&sa=X&oi=image_result_group&ct=title&resnum=7 "> Megan Fox link to the final frame.

I don't even know who Megan Fox is, but wanted to see what she looked like, of course. As I was typing her name into the google box, a facebook chat window from my sister opened up before I saw it, so my reply to what she said was "gan Fox." Slightly embarrassing. So, I'm with SDU on this one...

Too funny. And point taken. I actually thought of putting a link then said, nah, Google is right there... but next time I'll make the extra effort.

Was at game yesterday. I don't think Bay swung at more than 3 pitches. Beckett was ridiculous
