Interesting question. Here's how I'd answer. It completely depends on how healthy Josh is. If they truly feel he is 100%, then you absolutely pitch him and end it right there.

But, if they are telling the media he is 100%, when in reality, behind closed doors, they are worried about him, then I would guess they'd use the opportunity to give him a longer rest.

What they do would be indicitive of how the injury has healed so far.

If they come back 1-1, and he is okay, but not perfect, I think they pitch him.

louclinton: I am a big Supreme Court geek. I know a lot more than most Americans about Supreme Court cases and people and arguments.

And frankly, I think my understanding of the Supreme Court is plenty sufficient for any President.

And last night *I* couldn't think of a case I disagreed with, for at least 10 seconds, and even then the only one that came to mind was the no-executions-for-child-rapists case, because I'd just read about it earlier the same day.

Most people's brains don't work like that. How many times have you been asked "what's your favorite _____" and you couldn't come up with a quick answer?

Ask me my opinion on Heller or Raich or Kelo or Lawrence or any of a large number of cases, many of which I disagree with, and I can give you detailed answers. Ask me to simply name a case I disagree with, and there's a good chance I won't be able to.

This is how normal human beings function.

A woman has an (implied) right to privacy in her body, therefore the States may make no law forbidding her from killing her unborn child.

However, the States may also make no laws allowing this same woman to smoke weed to relieve the terrible nausea brought on by cancer chemotherapy because of the implication that the weed might somehow affect or be affected by interstate commerce.

Does this make any sense at all? This is where you end up when you start making rules based on what's implied versus what's NECESSARILLY implied. How about we have a national debate over what an actual constitutionally protected right to privacy should be, then put it into the Constitution?

And let's interpert the thing in whole sentences while we are at it.

I disagree in re: not knowing. Even if she didn't know a case name she might have come up with the Supreme Court case which knocked down punitive damages for the Exxon Valdez running aground. After all, it was just a few months ago, while she was Governor and she appeared on TV that day railing against it.

That aside, do you think it's too much to expect that she can name a newspaper that she reads regularly?
