Well that was quick...

Your omniscient author in absentia:
Sorry to drop another last minute outage on you, but I've got work seminar/training thing going on the next three days that is throwing the proverbial sabot into machinery.

See you on Monday?

I cannot promise that I won't be a Soxsicle by the time you return.
Do what you gotta do, we'll be here when you get back. Ye gods, that sounds creepy.

Seminar. Seminary. Semen. HB is becoming a priest.

What?! This is completely unacceptable! What the hell do I pay all this good money for anyway? I'm outraged! I want to speak to the subscription manager immediately.

Wait, what's that? I don't? Really? No kidding! Well, why would anyone do that? Really?? I'll be damned... Um, never mind then. Have a good week, h.b.

Why must you humans attempt to program one another? I cannot envision a greater waste of time or resources. The creator of this board did say we could keep the strip, but you need mighty powerful connections to keep it. I smell a conspiracy out there.

Anyone think Schilling is getting into the HOF today?

Well if he does get in, his creditors probably have dibs on his bust.

Hmmm, wonder how many representatives of Braves Nation will show up in Cooperstown. My over/under? 30.5, only Toronto has a more indifferent fan base.
When Papi get in, Cooperstown won't know what hit it.

Hmm.Training in Colorado?

CO has a way to go still...

Sorry, I still have a long way to go to get the whole web link thing figured out.

re: Baseball - The Tigers year keeps getting worse

I have to agree with Schill on one thing - any BBWA writer who didn't vote for Tom Glavine or Greg Maddux should lose their HOF ballot immediately.

Thank Dan LeBatard who showed us the really, really self indulgent process the Hall voting process is for us to see. Now, here comes the NFL and its crazy Hall of Fame voting, that makes baseball's hall look better, if only by comparison.

I will never thank Le Batard for anything. He's a hack blowhard who makes everything about himself. "I'm the story, look at me." A-hole.

Anyhoo, have a great weekend all (except you, Le Batard). Hopefully we'll have something fun to yak about on Monday.
