It makes no difference except which of the political teams you cheer for. Anyone who thinks their side has the corner on integrity is nothing but a fanboi. I root for the progressives normally, but she is a joke. Straight from "right wing conspiracy" to "what difference does it make". She's a carpet bagger. As those Soxaholix who are Facebook friends with me know, I am intensely political there, and yet have no desire to talk politics here. Call it a quirk of character. So I'll just be here in the back of the room, draining the last of the bus bourbon, smoking a stogie and contemplating that pitchers and catchers is nigh. It's not the politics that interests me as much as the press coverage. A gaffe is a gaffe is a gaffe, unless you're a Clinton I guess. Can you imagine Romney saying that? The prevailing press coverage certainly wouldn't have been, "Romney stands up to Congress." It would have been several weeks of SNL skits. (This coming from a man who has given money to both Newt Gingrich and Al Gore. I don't have a party, I have issues I care about.)

Kaz, its hilarious aint it. The redsox decided that overspending for superstars didn't work and created a mess so they applied that to Liverpool where they now refuse to spend much of anything, which creates a mess. What? money doesnt seem to make all the difference? Hmmmmm. Maybe team management has a little more impact than the moneybags thought?
