Sea of green
Bill:
Well, that was one of the more enjoyable games to behold this season.
Mike:
It's the ballad of the .500 club— 7 doubles today, 7 troubles tomorrow.
Bill:
We are firmly entrenched at .500 aren't we?
Mike:
Yep, and if you take the front office at face value, Bobby Valentine is firmly entrenched as the managah of the Boston Red Sox for the foreseeable future.
Bill:
Makes perfect sense as it feels as if we are living in the The Great Mariana Trench.
Mike:
♫ We all live in a piss yellow submarine, piss yellow submarine, piss yellow submarine...
Bill:
Full speed ahead, Mr. Pahkah.
Can we send him to coach in Liverpool? Everyone saves face and he's out of our hair ;)

From an e-mail I sent my brother yesterday:
Who could possibly replace Valentine and get respect out of this bunch of overinflated egos in the clubhouse while not being a dick?

(To he responded: Tito?)

The old "vote of confidence" is almost always followed by the impeachment.

Bobby V. likely has his resume on file in his iPad, which also contains his lineup du jour, both of which will be changing frequently as needed.

Is it too late to become a Yankees fan?

The line-up du jour on Bobby's menu includes the chicken salad wrap.
Unfortunately, he's pushing the pu pu platter. Yeah, that's a Simmons standby I'm referencing. That's how little I care at the moment.
Still, a nice win last night. I enjoyed listening to the game for the dfirst time in a long time.

I'll watch field hockey before I watch this team.

My testes just shriveled. Thanks, Nat.

Is it too late to become a (Team name not to be typed by me unless unavoidably necessary)fan, Nat asks. That is a sure sign of Benedict Arnold syndrome or something serious.
Bartender?, Bartender?

Oh, boys, I am nowhere near serious, just throwing out hyperbole to drive home - yet again - my current loathing for BV and the organization. Although, fun fact, I am directly descended from Benedict Arnold on my mom's side of the family.

My dad would roll over in his grave if I ever declared myself a Yankee fan. Then again, Roberto Veet has probably already started him rolling.

H.B., can you pass this on to Arturo? I bet he'd like to get in on the action:
Trojan Vibrations will be handing out free vibrators from hot dog carts that bear the brand's logo and taglines such as "Getcha vibes here!" and "Relish the moment." The carts will be in New York City on Wednesday and Thursday handing out the Tri-Phoria and Pulse devices, and those interested can track the carts on Trojan's Facebook page.

Bob- that is AWESOME. So pissed we're going to be in Nantucket when it's roaming the city... (not really, though. Nantucket is the best place on the planet and I have plenty of toys).

The line for the Bourne bridge forms on I-495 on a good day around the Pike! when I go there from Mudville, I fly into Quohag, see Peter Griffin, then head for a spot in line to get on Cape. Best entertainment on the boats to Nantucket or Marther's Vinyid is along the railings where those prone to seasickness do their thing. The crouding along the railings has to be worse this year, with Sox fans commenting on the team over the side.

I once got a vibe on Nantucket
Was a Tri-phoria pulse shaped like rocket
Happened just after a swim
Lubed it sure went right in
I came from here to Woonsocket

Err.. not to distract from a decently played game last night, but has anyone seen this?

If you are confused.. look at the front of the Liverpool jerseys. Can you say jersey redesign?

"BOBBY VALENTINE IS FIRMLY ENTRENCHED AS THE MANAGAH OF THE BOSTON RED SOX FOR THE FORESEEABLE FUTURE". I can't see my nose, let alone next Monday. Tick, tock.
Timelessly,
